Peggy Yu

Peggy Yu graduated from Temple University’s Esther Boyer College of Music with a Master’s Degree in Voice Performance and a Professional Studies Certificate under full scholarship.

Born in Taiwan, Peggy studied piano from the age of five, violin at nine, and served in worship ministry when she was twelve years old. She is currently the the Music Director at Calvary Presbyterian Church in Willow Grove where she works with children, youth and adults in both choral and instrumental ensemble settings.  In addition, she is also an active classical singer in the greater Philadelphia area.

When Peggy has spare time, she likes working jigsaw puzzles and cooking. She also enjoys good seafood!

Peggy is excited to begin her first season with Sola Gratia Musicians!
